went out to coed y for the first time since getting back into mtb,what have i been missing? every body told me about this place but never have i been so pleased with a trail.ended up doing the beast ( i can see how it got its name )did the lap in 3 hrs flat which i was pleased with.great place,just need to get fitter so it doesnt hurt so much.
